UMCOR Flood Bucket Collection

After the recent hurricanes, with the flooding and devastation, many of us are looking for ways to support those affected. One of the ways The United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) assists victims of these disasters is by providing filled Flood Buckets, that families can use to begin the process of cleaning out and restoring their homes after a flood or hurricane. Because of the back-to-back storms, UMCOR has used all of their current supply of buckets, and is reaching out to churches to rebuild their supply. The MUMC Outreach Committee has committed to purchasing and filling 30 UMCOR Flood Buckets with our reserve funds. Each filled bucket costs approximately $75.00. If you would like to support us in this effort, we are asking that you donate with one of the methods below.
